new Delhi: In the national capital Delhi, 7340 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours and 96 more people have died. However, 7117 patients have also recovered after treatment in the last 24 hours. After the arrival of new cases, the number of infected cases has increased to 4 lakh 82 thousand 170 in the capital. Out of this, 4 lakh 30 thousand 195 patients have been recovered after treatment.
According to the Health Bulletin issued by the Delhi Government, 7519 patients have died due to this virus in the city so far and the number of patients undergoing active cases is 4444456. According to statistics, 54 lakh 28 thousand 472 tests have been done so far. Out of this, 19 thousand 635 are RTPCऱ / Trunan tests and 30010 rapid antigen tests have been done today.

Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is likely to meet Home Minister Amit Shah next week to request additional beds in hospitals run by the central government in view of the increase in Corona virus infection in the city. Sources gave this information on Saturday.
During the meeting with the Home Minister, Kejriwal can request various beds including additional beds as well as ensuring cooperation of other states in controlling pollution. Kejriwal had said on Friday that the Delhi government could take precautionary measures like Kovid-19 prevention after Diwali to control congestion and take strict measures against social distance and masks.
